Welcome to our site. Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that you can shop with confidence and security. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and Consumer Contracts Regulations. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. The contract is between you (the buyer) and Parts 4 Appliances (the seller). The goods shall be the products supplied by the seller to the buyer under these terms and conditions.
Making a purchase
Security is our top priority and you are 100% secure when shopping on our site.
We know you'll want to feel secure when shopping on our site therefore we use a secure system to protect your details online. Our site has a valid Thawte SSL certificate, which protects your payments over the net. Parts4appliances uses encrypted SSL security to protect all of your personal information. Thawte are a leading independent verification service for SSL security, and you can click on the thawte security logo to verify Parts4appliances has a valid SSL security certificate and that your information will be protected. You will see a padlock appear in your web browser whenever we ask you for personal information, and the web address prefix will change from 'http' to 'https' because you are on an SSL secured and encrypted page within our website.
Secure card payments are taken through our Stripe merchant Account. Stripe handles transactions worldwide and are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This compliance requirement ensures all cardholder information is stored, processed and transmitted securely.

Product descriptions and suitability
All reference to manufacturer's names or model or part numbers and any depiction by photographs or drawings are solely for reference and identification purposes. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. Please do not rely just on an image when you place an order, you should also check your model number is listed. Manufacturers can and do change the design of parts, so they may not look exactly the same, but have been deemed suitable by the manufacturer. We list genuine spare parts and non genuine spare parts, each of which is clearly stated within the product description.
Disclaimer: We cannot be held responsible for advice or the suitability for a part for a repair of an appliance and do not supply parts for a trial basis. It is your responsibility to check that the correct part is required for a repair and that it is fitted by a competent person, with the correct tools, and the appliance disconnected from the mains. Any items that have been damaged through incorrect fitting will NOT be exchanged.
Pricing Error & Inaccuracy Disclaimer
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. We reserve the right to correct these inaccuracies even if you have placed an order. In this event we will contact you and you can continue with the order or cancel it.
All content includes on the site such as text, graphics logos button icons images audio clips digital downloads and software are all owned by Parts 4 Appliances and are protected by international copyright laws.
We take the privacy of our users seriously and are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users and clients in accordance with worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection. We will not release your personal data to any third parties without your consent or as required to by law.
We collect personal information from you through the use of enquiry forms and every time you place an order. The only information we see is your name, address, phone number, and email address. All information is treated with the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.
We do use 'cookies' on our website, which help keep track of items you have put in your basket to make your shopping experience easier. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time and you can also delete any saved cookies on your hard drive by deleting all 'temporary internet files' via your control panel in your browser.
Most of our parts have 90 days guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials except electronic components such as timers and modules which can be damaged by static electricity. These items cannot be returned for credit if they have been removed from the sealed packing. Please contact us if a part develops a fault within this time and we will arrange for the item to be tested. It will then be repaired or replaced. Please note: you are responsible for the safe return of the item. Items must have been subject to normal wear and tear and not been misused.
UK Standard Delivery
Our standard deliveries are from Monday - Saturday by Royal Mail Yodel or Dpd and may need to be signed for. Most orders will arrive within 1-3 working days after your order date, but can take longer. In stock items ordered before 3pm are normally dispatched on the same day Monday - Friday.
Need your order in a hurry? Why not use our express delivery service. Your order will arrive the next working day. A signature will be required. Cut off time is 2pm. Please note: Excludes weekends and bank holidays. Exclusions apply, certain post codes will be 2 working days via courier. Next Day Delivery service is only available to UK mainland and excludes the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly.
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but we understand that there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple as possible.
Item no longer needed or ordered in error
If you have simply changed your mind or no longer require the item, you must notify us within 14 days using the Returns form from receiving your order that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. The item must be in re-saleable condition and in its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you.
The following items may not be returned for refund:
a) Items that are marked as special order
b) Items that are not with their original packaging
c) Items that show any signs of being used or fitted
d) If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way
e) ALL timers and modules are sold on a non-returnable basis
Damaged, Missing Or Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that has been damaged, missing or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please send a photo as proof, this may reduce the need for returning the damaged/faulty item, we will then send a replacement. You can send us an email using our Returns Form. All claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
How do I return my item:
In order to return an item you must first obtain a Return Authorization number and Returns Address. Please fill out our Returns Form.
Make sure you pack the item in its original packaging. All items should be returned with your Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible. Your returned product will be inspected and if it meets our returns policy conditions your payment will be refunded within 14 days for the item. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've processed and refunded the returned product(s).
Spare parts are often subject to design and specification changes by the manufacturer. We may supply a part that is not an exact match to the original, this is because the manufacturer has changed the design or specification and is now a suitable updated alternative.
- We cannot accept any package without a Returns Authorisation Number.
- We cannot accept any package sent to the Wrong Address...because we dispatch from different locations.
- We cannot accept items that are returned more than 14 days after returns authorisation.
