We believe that you will be delighted with your product but we understand that there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple as possible.
Return Terms And Conditions
You can return your order up to 28 days after delivery. That's 14 days to notify us that you want to return the item(s) and a further 14 days to return the item(s). If the return is outside of this period, or the item has been fitted, damaged, not in its original packaging or the original packaging is damaged we are unable to accept the return and cannot give a refund. In some cases the item(s) may have needed to be opened to view the product, this must have been done in a way without damaging the packaging making it unsaleable.
How do I return my item
In order to return an item you need to first obtain a Return Authorization number and Address to send to. Contact us via email.
Damaged Or Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that has been damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement and arrange for you to return the item. You can send us an email using our contact us page. If possible, please attach a photo as proof. All claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible. Your returned product will be inspected and if it meets our returns policy conditions your payment will be refunded within 14 days to the payment method originally used to pay for the product. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've processed and refunded the returned product(s).
Spare parts are often subject to design and specification changes by the manufacturer. We may supply a part that is not an exact match to the original, this is because the manufacturer has changed the design or specification and is now a suitable updated alternative.
