Returns & Cancellations Terms & Conditions
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but we understand that there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Damaged Or Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that has been damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement and arrange for you to return the item. If possible, please attach a photo as proof. All claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Part incorrectly ordered or no longer required.
Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days after the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused, unopened, in it's original packaging in a re-salable condition. Any signs of wear or parts being fitted will result in refusal of your return. Electronic components such as timers and modules can be damaged by static electricity and can not be returned if they have been removed from any sealed packing. You are responsible for the safe return of any unwanted item(s). All returns are subject to inspection and if successful your payment will be refunded within 10 days. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Please note: Spare parts are often subject to design and specification changes by the manufacturer. We may supply a part that is not an exact match to the original, this is because the manufacturer has changed the design or specification and is now a suitable updated alternative.
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an Authorisation Number. The Authorisation Number must be clearly stated on the outside of the packaging. We will inform you of the Returns Address. Contact us via email.
